Starting prices
Spaces start at 0.1 to 2 SOL depending on their prominence. Approve one payment through Phantom. Ownership updates only after the payment is confirmed and verified.
Make it yours
While you own a space, edit its permitted content for free. Editing uses a Phantom wallet message signature and does not require a SOL transaction.
Takeovers
Every space remains available. Anyone can take over an owned space for exactly twice its previous purchase price. All purchase and takeover payments go to the pager. treasury. Previous owners receive no payout.
